Production slabs/blocks

Single blade

Machinery intended for squaring blocks and the rapid production of slabs and blocks are fundamental tools in the sector of processing building materials, such as marble, granite and other natural stones. These machines are designed to offer extraordinary precision, allowing you to obtain both standard and unconventional thicknesses with high customization. Advanced technology allows you to optimize production times, reducing waste and increasing the overall efficiency of the production process. Thanks to computerized control systems, it is possible to program cuts and squaring with minimal margins of error, guaranteeing high quality finished products. Furthermore, the adoption of innovative techniques contributes to environmental sustainability, reducing the impact of industrial operations. These machines therefore represent a strategic investment for companies that aim to remain competitive in the global market.

Multi blade gang saw

Serial production of precision-cut plates from blocks of various thicknesses requires a well-organized process and adequate tools to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product. Common thicknesses for such plates vary from 1.1 cm to 12 cm, and each thickness serves specific needs. We have different frames: n° 1 frame with 40 blades for cutting 3 cm; n° 2 frames with 40 blades for cutting 2 cm; n° 1 frame with 26 blades for cutting 1.1 cm; n° 1 frame with 10 blades armed daily according to customer requests.

Slabs polishing machine

The finishing of stone or marble slabs is a fundamental process for determining their aesthetic appearance and functional characteristics. Polishing is a technique that gives the surface a specular shine, highlighting the natural color and grain of the material. Sanding, on the other hand, produces a smooth and opaque surface, reducing reflections and making it more sober. Brushing gives an aged appearance and a soft touch, ideal for rustic or traditional environments. The bush-hammering gives a rough and non-slip appearance, suitable for exteriors or surfaces subject to wear. Finally, micro bushhammering is a more delicate variant of bushhammering, which creates a fine and uniform texture, perfect for those seeking a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Each of these techniques allows you to customize the slabs based on the specific needs of the environment to be furnished.
